Building a Safer World

ONE STUDENT AT A TIME

M.C. Kimball and Associates, Inc., is proud to present the ground-breaking We’ve Got Your Back® Student Safety Program. Situational awareness, crisis prevention, and safety training are life skills which require ongoing practice. Our program strengthens preparedness, readiness, and the mental scripts essential for making effective decisions under pressure. With engaging age-appropriate, and non-traumatizing content, our program empowers students to act with confidence and care.

Violence can happen anywhere at any time. Therefore, educational institutions must remain vigilant and tenacious to respond and protect students and staff.

WITH YOU IN MIND

School safety is strongest when an entire community takes ownership of it. Through working directly with stakeholders in the communities we serve and adapting to the changing educational landscape in real time, our goal is to help schools strengthen campus safety while empowering students to become part of the solution.

The We’ve Got Your Back® Student Safety Program (WGYB) was created to help schools build a culture where awareness, compassion, and responsibility become everyday habits. By developing Student Safety Councils and peer cohorts, we help students learn practical life skills that improve situational awareness, emotional intelligence, and positive decision-making.

Students often see and hear things adults cannot. When they are trained, supported, and encouraged to care for one another, they become one of the most powerful safety systems a school can have.

Through professional training, campus safety development, and student leadership programs, our program works to build safer schools and stronger communities, preparing young people not only to stay safe, but to become leaders who look out for others.
